Card sorting / conceptual metaphors / pattern recognition
Enterprise software is complicated, especially when an enterprise user is only behind a mobile phone or tablet. Card sorting with real enterprise users will teach a UX designer much about “chucking” and conceptual metaphors that can be used for sound design. Dr. Riley is conducting this card sorting exercise with over 30 enterprises users.
